  • Respond to all phone calls coming in and correspond professionally.
  • Organize all meetings accordingly and inform the various departments.
  • Assist in maintaining company records.
  • Manage correspondence before and after meetings.
  • Share memos to the different departments.
  • Assist in preparing minutes, reports and agenda for meetings.
  • Maintain timely communication to the relevant parties and clients.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Candidate with at least three years of experience in the same or related role.
  • Should be very good in the English language.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Must be friendly with an outgoing personality.
