Responsible for the overall management of theoperation of the hotel branch.
Maintainsinteraction between the branch and management by preparing daily,weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations andproductivity.
Ensures adherence to theHotel’s operational policies and procedures. Inspectingall departments for SOP implementation.
Reportsto the General Manager regarding any non-conformance, as identifiedwithin the unit.
Develops and executes branchsales strategies to maximize revenues.
Ensuresthat the new employees receive adequate instruction and support tosuccessfully complete the new employee orientation program withinthe specified time frame.
Ensures employeesreceive on-going training to understand guestexpectations.
Monitors the co-ordination betweenall departments for smooth & efficientoperations.
Reviews room inventory management toensure maximization of room revenue.
Promptlydeals with customer complaints and comments, ensuring theirpleasant stay. Ensures proper delivery of guest specialneeds.
Holds regular briefings and communicationmeetings with the HOD team.
Other duties asassigned.
Qualifications and requirements :
Bachelor’s degree and / or diploma inhospitality management.
Minimum 5 years of professionalexperience in 5 Star Hotel.
Previous experiencein the same or similar role in GCC Countries is a plus.
Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals andforecasting results.
