OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION To lead and direct the business development efforts for the HR & training consulting business through scoping, proposing and closing deals with clients in the area of HR consulting, employees assessment, training needs assessment and training & development.
Ultimate objective is to assist LOGIC business development team in generating more sales leads to maximize LOGIC market share and achieve optimum customer satisfaction.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Develops a business development approach by integrating current product offerings in HR & Training to suit current market needs, and ensures implementations through joint clients’ visits and continuous coaching to achieve optimum results.
2. Lead business development team in scoping meetings in order to generate business leads to ensure maximizing clients’ database and achieving projected targets.
Basic - Bachelor of Arts , Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management )
