Facilitate the orderpick / delivery point.
Arrange driver routes and schedulestaff, and monitoring deliveries to meet customer demands, makingsure the delivery is completed on time.
Communicateswith operational issues, delays, customer complaints tosuperiors.
Escalating issues to the call center.
Takes initiative to avoid quality control issues through thedelivery process.
Managing delivery trackingsystem
Creating daily reports (incidents, number oforders per driver, etc.).
Ensures capacity is kept atoptimal levels
Manages activities throughout the orderfulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure establisheddeadlines are met
Monitors the vehicles and plans thedelivery services.
Monitoring the driver location
2+ years' experience in customerservice or logistics management a must.
Excellentcommunication and problem-solving skills.
Ability towork well in a fast-paced environment.
