Job Responsibilities :

  • Employees and visitors’ transport arrangement.
  • Drivers’ scheduling and company car maintenance monitoring, license renewals etc.
  • Uniform issuance, monitoring and supplier coordination.
  • Annual Leave monitoring and air ticketing.
  • Payroll Support for OT verification and salary slip distribution.
  • Third Party employees’ records validation and monitoring.
  • Coordination with Food Committee and Canteen concessionaire.
  • Canteen Invoice validation, contracts monitoring and renewal processing.
  • Guest relation arrangement.
  • Admin Support for some HR tasks, Housekeeping and Security related transactions.
  • Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in same role and manufacturing industry.
  • Graduate of Business Management or HR related course MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Locally available, preferably RAK based and can immediately start if selected.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Age below 35 years old.
  • Must be native Hindi / Marathi speaking.
