  • At least 2+ years experiencein the same field
  • In-depth knowledge ofconstruction best practices
  • Good leadershipand interpersonal skills
  • Should be able toread drawings plans or blueprints and convey this information tothe team
  • Must be detail oriented with strongorganizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with HSE practices and policies
