Job Role : Account Director(Secondment)

We are looking for an ambitious,confident and energetic communications professional - withfantastic and varied experience in the region, a passion fordeveloping campaigns that deliver real change for brand andconsumer clients, and a talent for managing people.

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • To develop reputation internally, across the clientnetwork and within industry for specialism in a specific practiceor discipline.
  • Grow industry, influencer andinternal contacts to support your position.Develop major creativeand strategic campaigns from start to finish with excellent writingand presentation skills and minimal supervision from a RegionalDirector.
  • Own ultimate responsibility forensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and Hold clientrelationships at a senior level;
  • deliver strategic counsel withconfidence,maturity and professionalism across all aspects ofintegrated communications strategy

  • Activelycontribute to the regional leadership in terms of agency / sectorvision and be seen as a leader - displaying gravitas, managingdifficult client relationships, and demonstrating an understandingof business finance, exceed client'
  • s expectations in termsof results and professionalism; manage resources, review andapprove client deliverables.

  • Demonstrate atrack record of success in organic and new business growth;identify and qualify leads and independently managing pitch andconversion using the full Creative Process and other structures fornew business developments.
  • To apply to this role you will need the following experienceand qualifications :

  • You are abachelor degree holder combined with 8++ years' relevantpublic relations experience in the MENA region.
  • You have a previous exposure in Oil / Gas preferrably orEnergy, Industrials sectors.
  • You have apassion for integrated communications and a creative thinker andhave proven presentation and strategic planningcapabilities.
  • Ability to work independentlyand manage mid-level and junior staff, reporting to regionalmanagement team. Strong communication, organizational,interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Abilityto work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-pacedenvironment
