Roles& Responsibilities :
Must achieve sales andrevenue targets fixed by the company.
Must ensure theachievement of Gross Margin objectives.
Must constantlyexplore existing market for expansion and ensure appointment of newcustomers.
Must ensure collection of outstanding meetsprescribed credit guidelines.
Must ensure adherence toCredit management procedures.
Should execute thetactical plan agreed with the management to achieve thetargets.
Should operate within the stipulated pricingguidelines.
Should maintain the agreed level ofperformance for self.
Must ensure the customersatisfaction is maintained and key accounts are retained.
Should play a key role in major sales promotion activitieslike trade shows and exhibitions.
Should adhere tosystems & processes.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES -GENERAL
Capture performance data and review and analyzedata.
Induct new employees in to the department byexplaining role, responsibilities and key performanceindicators.
Provide on the job training to new memberswho join the department.
Execute and complete all theinstructions given by the supervisor that is related to theobjectives set for the position.
Extend professionalsupport to all other colleagues to the extent possible and maintaincordial and healthy work atmosphere.
Takeresponsibility for own personal development in line with agreedannual performance objectives.
Constantly acquireknowledge and remain abreast with latest technologies &market trends.
Pro-actively take responsibilities ofother team members, colleagues or seniors during theirabsence.
