Responsibility :

Provide overall physical security support and direction to multipleSAP business locations. Maintain a site-by-site overview ofbudgeting / spend, existing conditions, contact data, and locationspecific information.

Conduct physicalbuilding security risk assessments, surveys, and physicalpenetration testing.

Manage contractsecurity services (Guarding / Watchman), to include thedevelopment / implementation of Building Security Operations Manualat all sites.

Manage electronic securitysystems and vendors, to include electronic access control, badging,visitor management, security video, intrusion detection systems,and control center operations.

Execute theplanning, design, bid, construction and commissioning activitiesfor multiple concurrent projects, and oversee all aspects ofphysical security related to these projects.

Projects include newconstruction and renovation (driven by Global Real Estate &Facilities), or system replacements and / or additions.

Assess and implement personnel protection programs,consisting of Travel Safety & Security, Events, CloseProtection, Workplace Violence, and Kidnap Preparedness.

Provide training and employee security awarenessprograms.

Conduct internal investigations asneeded.

Oversee physical security incidentreporting and resolution.

Conductpresentation of physical security services when necessary.

Partner / support SAP Health and Safety programs andensure emergency responses are established.

Report on physical security strategy and metrics (KPIs).

Maintain close relationship with law enforcementand emergency responders.

Work as directedby manager.
