  • Researching themarket and industry trends
  • Identifying salesand services that would appeal to new clients
  • Brainstorming with the business development team tocreate new project strategies

  • Interacting and building relationships with insurancesales representatives
  • Arranging businessmeetings and one-on-one conversations with prospectiveclients

  • Attending networking events
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts

  • CandidateRequirements

  • Three tofive years of previous experience in sales, management, customerservice, or related field
  • Demonstrated andproven sales results
  • Bachelor's degreein business, administration, or related field
  • MBA degree is a major plus
  • Languages

  • Fluent English (speaking andwriting)
  • French language a plus
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and inemail
