    Supporting several key brands, you’ll work closely with our marketeers to initiate, improve and enhance their digital marketing campaigns. You’ll :

  • Orchestrate end to end digital activation process (design & setup) with head of digital, media buying agency as well as brand teams
  • Advise on overall brand digital strategy and learning agenda with head of digital
  • Be the trusted advisor from digital marketing front across brand teams
  • Advise on digital channel mix & design customer journey’s by touchpoints
  • Manage and advise ongoing optimisations during campaigns
  • Catalogue ongoing learnings and facilitate the sharing of learnings x-brand
  • Responsibilities

    You are experienced and competent using digital platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Google analytics etc). You :

  • Want to disrupt current marketing practices and drive Reckitt’s digital transformation
  • Are committed to ensuring excellent consumer experiences through designing and executing customer journeys through digital channels
  • Are confident & comfortable presenting to & challenging your colleagues at all levels
  • Have a natural curiosity and desire to help brand teams achieve their goals
  • Are organised and sufficient at project management across a fragmented workload
  • Enjoy problem solving and driving inflight campaign optimisation to maximise campaign performance
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience, preferably in digital media agencies; digital media management experience gained in FMCG sector or large accounts in terms of media investment;
  • e-commerce experience with key retailers

  • A proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very independent with ability to lead initiatives end to end
