Purpose of this position :

To support leadership team with diary management and general office administration activities. Must have extensive secretarial and office management experience or a secretarial diploma.

must also be competent at consolidating Financial and Management Reporting.

Key Performance Objectives

Consolidating Financial and Management Reporting


General office management

Meeting coordination

Manage diaries of CEO & COO

Distribution of relevant information to key stake holders

Ad-hoc assistance for team / client requests

Assist with all aspects of internal communications - Drafting & typing of correspondence

Manage and arrange team travel; local and international where needed

Complete purchase requisitioning on SAP

Handling mail, couriering, etc where necessary

Organise team events

Liaise at a senior level with senior management, customers and external suppliers


Matric with Secretarial Diploma

Experience / Skills

SAP system experience

Minimum 5 years personal assistant experience at an executive level

Computer skills

Excellent Outlook skills (email, calendar, etc.)

Highly efficient diary management

Super-efficient PowerPoint Presentations (advantageous)

Basic project management skills
