Greet vendors, customers, jobapplicants and other visitors and arrange for transportationservices

when needed. Direct visitors by maintainingemployee and department directories. May operate a

switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls.Maintain security by following

procedures, monitoringlogbook and issuing visitor badges.

Duties andResponsibilities

Serves visitors bygreeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

Acting as a first point of contact : dealing with correspondenceand phone calls

Maintains security andtelecommunications system.

Informs visitors byanswering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors bymaintaining employee and department directories.

Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, andissuing visitor badges.

Operates telecommunicationsystem by following manufacturer’s instructions for housephone

and console operation.

Keeps a safeand clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, andregulations.

Supports continuity among work teams bydocumenting and communicating actions,

irregularities,and continuing needs.

Managing the CEO diaries andorganizing meeting and appointments.

Booking andorganizing travelling appointment / flights for the CEO.

Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentation andcorrespondence for the CEO

Miscellaneous tasksprovided by the CEO


Good communication and listening skills

Flexibilityand adaptability

The ability to be proactive and takeinitiative

Able to work under pressure

English and Arabic written and spoken ispreferred


University / college degree is an asset

Familiaritywith phone systems

Previous experience with MicrosoftOffice software / power point preferred
