1.Responsible for finding new Business Customers for Etisalat Business Products
2.Responsible for maximizing sales opportunities for the Digital segment of Etisalat. Cloud,M2M, A2P, Web Security, Office 365 and Data Center )
3.Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
4.Tracking, analyzing and understanding customer's business and buying criteria; anticipating their needs and translating into present and future requirements for ICT services.
5. Managing entire sales cycle including customer profiling & account planning.
6. Effectively managing negotiations with customers, finalizes proposals / Contracts with customers.
7. Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
8.Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts Qualifications and Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in IT / Telecommunication, Computer Science or equivalent certificates. Degree has to be attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2. Proven experience in the Telecom / ICT industry. Mandatory
3.Knowledge of variety of Digital Products and cloud platforms Mandatory
4.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
5.Multitasking proven skills with ability to focus on details
6.Excellent sales and negotiating skills.
