About the team
We are looking for a passionate Ops Manager for Supply Acquisition (Food) to take the lead in driving critical KPIs of existing / new categories, and support strategies for our centralized market operations.
You will be working closely with Head of Operations and COE leads to execute and drive high impact results in the markets.
It’s a critical role for the success of Careem and includes several dimensions.
As a Ops Manager for Acquisition, you will be owning and executing strategies to create supply pools, and training the same to ensure seamless operations at all demand levels while working with all stakeholders like Operations, Product, Strategy and other touch points.
What you'll do
You will be the mission critical leader in central ops, working closely with the other COEs to guarantee supply (restaurants & food captains) and leverage deep analytical insights to deliver high impact results.
Working closely with Senior leaders and City operations in driving the strategy and execution of plans to deliver on Goals
Analytics and data drive everything we do : source, transportation, strategy, decisions and people.
We are building multiple networks : restaurants, users and drivers (captains). You are responsible for quality, performance, reliability and optimization of these.
Your key responsibilities will include Onboarding & Training, Early Life Retention, etc of the both food captains and restaurants.
Closely work with Partner ops team to ensure feedback and incorporate the same in new supply lead strategy to create quality pool.
You will be responsible for scaling to new markets and going deeper into existing markets with identification & onboarding of new restaurants or captains, and execute new launch strategies for green field markets, etc.
