We are looking for an experienced SUSHI CHEF who worked in a high end Restaurant / Lounge / Nightclub with minimum 2 years of experience.

Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
Create high quality sushi including cooking rice, rolling sushi, temperature recording, cutting and packaging for take-out and dine-in plate preparation
Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of Japanese / Asian ingredients and fish fabrication techniques
Provide a high level of attention to guest satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
Regularly taking inventory of food supplies and other products.
Reporting any problems with kitchen equipment to the manager on duty.
Sterilizing all utensils, instruments, and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use.
Communicating with waiter staff to ensure that special requests and food allergy considerations are met.
Ability to multitask and follow standardized recipes within specified time limits
Ensure all operating standards including food safety and quality are strictly adhered to
Show gratitude and greet every guest with a big, genuine smile and eye contact
