Achieve the given monthly target and sign new business to successfully reach the monthly revenue budget2.Manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing the sale, including maintaining accurate, timely and complete data in pipe drive3.
Manage all accounts in assigned territories like UAE to secure merchant participation, activation, retention, and profitable revenue growth.
4.Respond immediately to merchants inquiries / information needs and provide positive, courteous service to merchants5.Religiously review own monthly performance and utilize available data to provide valuable insights to merchants for necessary improvement6.
Build and maintain good relationships with merchants by supporting them and by directing LEE Customer Relationship Managers(activation / onboarding team7.
Work closely with each account to drive merchant footfall and grow the number of loyal Carriage users, through selling the top 10 ranking application and providing each clients the necessary tools like Carriage stickers and flyers8.
Monitor market and competitor activities and provide feedback and reports to LEE management and colleagues9.Communicate and sell product innovation and promotion initiatives to the merchant base10.
