  • Manage ateam of 10 Sales Executives
  • Identify leads,manage prospects and acquire new business.
  • Regularly meet with Manager to review weekly salesactivities, progress on goals, and status of prospectivecustomers.
  • Determine customer needs andpropose appropriate service needs.
  • Meet orexceed the new business sales goals.
  • Prepareand deliver sales proposals / presentations and follow up with keydecision makers.
  • Complete required CustomerService Agreements (unaltered), reports and other paperwork in atimely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behaviour andcompetitive trends and respond accordingly,
  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • Must present and communicate in a professionalmanner.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Must be organized withgood time management skills.
  • Possess provenanalytical / problem solving solutions for the customer and thecompany.
  • Possess strong presentation,negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Must beself-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceedgoals.
