At norbloc we build ecosystems for sharing of validated data, as well as solutions for financial institutions looking to digitize and improve the efficiency of client onboarding and data management processes.

Our client portfolio includes government entities and global financial institutions such as HSBC and Emirates NBD.

We are now growing the team to support the expansion of our client portfolio and development of our data sharing platforms in the MENA region.

We are seeking a Product Implementation Manager with knowledge in all stages of software development to be part of our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The role is on a full-time basis, based out of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.


The Product Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating and analyzing multiple projects, and supporting platform deployments and enhancements.

The role is highly client focused, requiring strong commitment and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for the duration of the project implementation and execution phases, ensuring high quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.

They will also work closely with norbloc’s internal teams on solution design, as well as through collaboration with multiple other stakeholders and ecosystem participants, in order to fully understand the business process.

Emphasis will be placed on creativity, accountability and a critical and innovative mindset.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management Maintain excellent rapport with clients Expand the relationship to secure new business opportunities Work closely with norbloc's Head of Delivery and Senior Management Team to coordinate around the project implementation phases
  • Business and System Analysis Collaborate with clients on analysis, design, and implementation of the product solution Conduct requirements and specifications elicitation workshops Understand the operational needs of the client and convert them into functional and technical requirements Develop project & program plans, operating models, business processes and functional requirements, as well as technical specification documents Arrange and coordinate, documents and execute parts of the testing process;
  • support system integration test plans including QAs and UATs Understand complex, new client environments and needs

  • Projects and delivery management Drive project implementation from initiation to completion, on-time, and on-budget Develop project scope and objectives, manages changes to the scope, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring implementation feasibility.
  • Schedule, lead, and facilitate project tasks and meetings, including meeting notes, follow up action items, timelines, and open issues Continuously identify, assess, communicate, escalate and resolve project issues and risks Employ standard project management methodologies to manage, document and report regular project status updates and resource utilization

  • Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to effectively communicate requirements, issues, risks and timelines Ensure high-quality, clear communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders
  • Requirements

    Education and Experience

  • Top-tier educational background, preferably in the field of computer science or engineering. B.E , B.Tech or an equivalent degree is a prerequisite, and an MBA or masters is desired
  • 5 - 8 years of proven experience in IT Project or Product Management
  • Demonstrable experience in managing multiple clients and software implementations
  • Experience in or knowledge of the financial industry will be considered a plus
  • Working experience in all types of Project Management Lifecycles
  • Excellent knowledge of Business Analysis and process modelling tools and techniques
  • Proficiency with project planning and project collaboration tools
  • Project Management certification is a plus

  • Ability to facilitate meetings and manage communication across diverse levels of international groups, including engineers, developers, and business teams
