Job Description

  • Managing the reception including answering phone calls, receiving and dispatching mails, fax messages, handling correspondences etc.
  • Ordering and distribution of office supplies.
  • Handling flight and hotel bookings and related activities.
  • Secretarial work for the Managing Partner including managing diaries, handling all correspondence, coordinating meetings etc
  • Generation of adhoc reports as requested by the management.

    Profile :

    This is a temporary position for 3-4 months. This position requires an enthusiastic and outgoing individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle pressure and multi task.

    Should have working knowledge of MS Office. Only those candidates who are under spouse / father sponsorship should apply.

    This position is only open to applicants based in the UAE.
