Manager Procurement and Logistics Systems and Processes -AV Job Purpose As Manager Procurement and Logistics Systems and Processes you will formulate and manage the strategic information and system requirements of Procurement and Logistics Airline and Services through continuous research of the market vendors products and services with a view to ensure that the departments policies procedures processes controls and software tools are continuously reviewed to cater to the Groups immediate requirements and impending growth You will manage support and guide the procurement team to ensure best use of existing systems and procedures Develop new applications or enhance existing systems to introduce new technologies using ERP and any Group legacy softwares as the base Identify continuous areas of potential productivity gain and cost savings and co-

ordinate their implementation to remain in line with industry best practices Qualifications and Experience QualificationDegree or Honours preferably in Procurement Applied Science or Industrial Engineering with MCIPS certification or similar ExperienceProcurement Years of which at least years with a proven record of Procurement management in the Airline industry with specific focus in automating procurement processes providing consulting and functional expertise in ERP implementations advanced knowledge on Information Technology Industrial Engineering and Logistics Should be able to manage a medium to large group of people demonstrating a high level of managerial skills along with supervision communication written and verbal and analytical thinking skills The experience should include the ability to understand and handle system and functional issues The job holders experience should have included projects that involved business process re-
