Job Role : Clerk / Admin Staff

Job Summary : Lookingfor experienced and talented Clerk / Admin Staff in Abu Dhabi, UnitedArab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details

  • Conduct administrative duties in theoffice
  • Assist in handling sensitive andextensive confidential information
  • Welcomevisitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors toappropriate staff member
  • Plan appointments andmake changes to calendar as necessary
  • Organizetravel schedule and reservations
  • Handletelephone calls and appointments as well as maintaining officediary
  • Oversee office cleanliness, managingpetty cash and undertake any other office administrative servicesduties as required
  • Set up and monitorprocedures for record keeping of correspondence and file
  • Job Qualifications and Experience

  • At least three to five years of experience indocumentation, preparing reports and presentation
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills are required
  • Must have good computer knowledge
  • Should be smart with a pleasant personality
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Only malecandidates on Visit Visa are required to apply
  • Should be able to join immediately
