Formulate businessgrowth strategies and the digital marketing roadmap through ROI-based consumer approaches and data driven acquisition strategieswhile owning and scaling the budget, allocating spending, andoptimising a blend of channels to hit growth targets.

Hire and groom the department toaddress acquisition, retention, analytics, remarketing, content,CRM and cross departmental support.

Keep data and analytics at the core of everydecision. Lead marketing analytics and ROI analysis for campaignsand channels, defining CAC and LTV, while executing robustoptimization and A / B testing programs.

Partner with and leverage the product team,engineering team and data science team to create differentiatedsolutions to aid performance media and new innovations acrossmarketing technology.

The SuccessfulApplicant

Strong track record of success at an executive leadershipdriving digital marketing growth of a pureplay ecommerce businessin a mature market.

Experience of building and leading a successful digitalmarketing function with tangible results in an e-commercebusiness.

Versatile anddynamic approach with the ability to work in a fast-changingstart-up environment.

Detailed knowledge of innovative digital marketingtechniques and a good understanding of current internationaltrends.
