Title Secretary - Chemical Industry AED 10 000 - AED 12 000 per month Our client based in Dubai is a well-known chemical trading company with over 50 years experience across the Chemical Industry supplying raw materials to companies in the Middle East and African markets Due to our expanding portfolio of clients we are now seeking an experienced secretary supporting directors in their daily scope of work from an administrative perspective Reporting to Directors you will be responsible for managing and handling all daily administrative tasks under the directive of the Directors and must portray attention to detail throughout Additionally you would engage with the company clients in both Middle East and African regions Responsibilities The secretary scope of works plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-

running of company to its clients within the market You will be the right hand to the directors and a direct link of communication between the companys managers and directors Additional responsibilities may include Corresponding to email suppliers email and telephone enquiries Support the office manager with supervision of junior staff-

facilities management Maintain the directors schedule events and calendars Arrange meetings and maintain office stationery supplies Organise Directors and other staff travel arrangements Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing system-

document and record management Mail newsletter and promotional materials both internally and externally to the organisation Liaise with both staff and external contacts booking travel and accommodation arrangements Arrange both in-

house and external company events Compose type and distribute meeting notes routine correspondences and reports Operate electronic mail systems coordinating flow of information both internally and externally to the organisation As an experienced secretary you should have the ability to portray excellent communication both written and verbal and have the ability to multi-
