Job Role : User Experience Manager

Key RoleResponsibilities :

  • Responsible for the strategy and design of Finance Housemulti-context, omni-channel digital User Experience with theprimary aim of increasing revenue and of addressing customer needsin line with their expectations.
  • Building aworld-class user experience across all digital assets by adoptingand deploying design processes, digital guidelines and digitalplatforms.
  • Lead, direct and manage digitalinitiatives for web and mobile platforms at Finance House bymanaging a team of Digital Product Manager, UX (UsereXperience)Designer and as well as third party vendors.
  • Conceptualizing, driving, and leading (complex) hugedesign projects.
  • Divining into the challengesthat come with a company in transformation helping to drive thatpositive change.
  • Implementing new ways ofworking such as design thinking.
  • Developingand maintaining a UX roadmap to guide product management, designersand development teams in planning and implementing the companyvision;
  • Developing a UI(interface) frameworkthat guides our interaction and visual design work;
  • Passionately advocate for the user to ensure that theproduct development constantly focuses on user needs andexpectations;
  • Collaborating with development& product teams to ensure proper translation of designintent;
  • Define the strategy &coordinate the actions for the development of a unique customercentric culture across all Finance House Group employees andpartners
  • Identify opportunities for continuousimprovement. Improve service quality results and operationalefficiency by studying, evaluating, and re-designingprocesses.
  • Implement standard reporting anddocumentation processes that ensure consistency.
  • Crafting unique experiences across mobile and web in anomni channel logic.
  • Identify users'problems and create effective experience which help deliver aseamless experience for existing and new products in an omnichannel logic.
  • KeyRequirements :

  • Excellent leadership skills which will allow multipleteams to work cohesively as well as mentoring the evolution ofjunior team members.
  • High Visual Designstandards along with the ability to create a seamless userexperience throughout various user's journeys.
  • Depth of knowledge anddemonstrated work samples around UX, interaction, responsive,digital products and mobile design while understanding the enablingtechnology.
  • Hands on experience with projectmanagement software, like MS Project in running at least 2Digital / fintech projects involving payments, smartphone apps,straight through processing, integrations
