RESPONSIBILITIES : CONSULTING Assess strategicproblems, develop insights, trends, recommendations and strategicdirection and platforms for clients.

  • For which you will require aworking knowledge and keen interest in primary and secondary,quantitative and qualitative research methods as well as basicliteracy in behavioral science Create strategies that are driven byevidence, lead to clear and practical communication solutions whichare creatively fruitful and impact orientated Be accountable forwriting concise and inspiring creative briefs authoring thecreative platform and briefing the studio and broader H+K teamProvide senior counsel to clients and lead insight driven contentstrategies for current and new clients, provide recommendations toclients on the best channels / communities for specific clients andcampaigns and champion creative work that will work across allchannels Lead, participate and facilitate strategic discussionsboth internally and with clients Display skills in proposalwriting, with the ability to adapt tone and style to match aclient'
  • s individual requirements Champion the H+K Way anddisplay and share skills in the basics of planning and strategythroughout the process Identify critical issues, trends andopportunities for our diverse client base Help clients developtheir knowledge of H+K'
  • s offering, capabilities and networkCollaborate and consult closely the Studio's creative andproduction teams regarding their output, client projects, newbusiness, etc.

    Ensure all projects and campaigns are concluded witha conclusive and detailed case study, ensuring the outcomes ofcampaigns are a core part of your responsibility.

    Drive escalationof knowledge within the agency, continuously focus efforts ondeveloping and enhancing the skills and capabilities of thebusiness, sharing key learnings and developing the expertise in theagency as a whole Champion the importance of client satisfactionand service within the team, leading by example and encouragingpositive client relationship building behaviourCOMMERCIAL

    Provide creative and strategicrecommendations to growth plans for clients, identify newopportunities Sell creative strategy as a billabel service to newand existing clients Ensure our creative work is more easily boughtby ensuring it is on strategy and will deliver the objectives Playa pro-active role in terms of proposal development, pitching andconversion.

  • Lead and present in new business pitches and makeactive contribution PEOPLE To build, develop and lead highperforming teams and / or individuals with the right mix ofcompetencies and capabilities to meet the changing client agenda Bethe linchpin between data & measurement and the Studiobuilding strong relationships to ensure our work is insight leadand outcome focussed Goal setting and performance management : actas an efficient and dedicated line manager;
  • develop career plansfor people you line manage; and mentor team members to developtheir potential Play a central role in recruiting new talent to theteam / agency and retention of existing talent Responsible forinspiring and mentoring junior team members and helping developgreater expertise within the agency
