Establishing strong relation with interiordesigners consultants clients and contractors through regularvisits meetings and presentations

Conductindepth research on competitors products pricing and market successto gain insight into customer preferences and interests andreporting back to management

Respond to anyonline or telephone queries considerately

Prepare proposals quotations to prospect and existingclients Follow up quotations Negotiate close deals to meet settargets Understanding the clients requirements and communicatingthe same to the project team

Listen to clientsanalyze situations and offer solutions Coordinate all aftersalesactivities related to clients satisfaction and after salesservices

Create frequent reviews and reportswith sales and financial data

Ensure alldocumentation has been properly processed for compliance Understandand manage personal performance on a daily basis Liaise betweenother departments and the client to provide the service mostsuitable to the clients needs cost and timerestraints
