Key duties Development and definition of the rollout strategy and plan for the Macroregion Middle East market in cooperation with central functions at SPLAT HQ Executing and delivering the Macroregion s rollout plan in time and in full Building up staff and operate the business incl online channels and customer service supported by central functions Team management recruiting and development according to the strategy managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency Contributing with market relevant input and feedback to allow for the central selection of the appropriate product portfolio Secure business growth in all channels Development of the EMEA backoffice for the operation supported by central functions Establishing the SPLAT brand into the Macroregion market Evaluating new opportunities to ensure resources focus on the best opportunities Ensure business processes and standards are in accordance with regulations and policies set by appropriate authorities Manage the relationship and drive the execution of joint business plans for key clients FMCG drug stores and other priority channels Effectively manage churn unplanned revenue decline and proactively plan to mitigate loss of revenue Develop and execute two layers endorsement program via activation of KOL and end consumer communication professional stomatology communities Manage marketing function of a business to maximize returns and expand the brand Develop marketing insights to help the business better understand target market segments and enduser customers actively driving their business at a regional level Being the representative of the Macroregion s business towards authorities market partners and customers Being SPLAT s brand custodian and ambassador for the Macroregion securing local market knowledge and contributing to overall strategy Development of marketing and promotion plans for Germany in close cooperation with the central functions in Moscow Management of day to day contact with local media and PR agency Fruitful exchange with peers from other markets in terms of learning and support for the businesses and willingness to adapt and share best practise examples
