What You'll Do

  • Achieve business objectives.
  • Ensures the availability and implementation of SOP’s.
  • Training schedule implementation.
  • Trains and monitors the culinary competency of team members.
  • Support the growth and career development of team members.
  • Partners with consumer chefs to urgently address all occurring problems and supports the implementation of new initiatives;
  • is involved in on-boarding of new brands.

  • Performing training audit (on taste, appearance, recipe and specifications).
  • Providing regular updates on kitchens’ training progress and performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Preparing and conducting any other ad-hoc training.
  • Creating and managing recipe specifications for training use.
  • What We Look For

  • Bachelors or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or Food Sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in simultaneously working across multiple food brands with varying standards and requirements.
  • Excellent understanding and skills in food preparation techniques and principles across a large range of food categories.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly while using positive communication techniques to influence and bring out the best in others.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in various team-based environments.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Self-direction and motivation to always keep updated on developments in the industry.
  • Ability to learn new recipes, requirements, and standards quickly.
  • Ability to grasp and understand new concepts quickly.
