Prepares business correspondence v Checking replying to the emails from suppliers and others v Preparing Telegraphic Transfer receipt for payment of purchasing of goods v Prepares Invoice v In charge of daily and or annual inventory of goods which is computer generated v Prepares payroll on monthly basis v Monitoring the personal records passport visa of the employees v Checking verification of the invoices other documents such as Certificate of Origin Bill of Lading submitted by the suppliers v Coordinates to the shipping company regarding the shipment v Prepares daily bank deposits cash and cheques preparing bank reconciliation statements v Prepares cheque issuance v Handle output and input VAT and facilitate VAT return v Data entry into accounting system tax invoice payments v Proper filing of all accounting records and keeping records of company documents v Prepares submits foreign exchange money as required v Do other task as requested by the General Manager
