A dynamic role coordinating alladministration and filing of marina contracts, events, finance,bertholder information and other initiatives, a proactive role toengage with marina members and boat owners in all forms ofcommunication, as well as assisting operational duties as required,creating, organizing and leading events and member initiatives toensure the marina sets the standard in marinehospitality.
Assisting owners and crews with arrivals and departures,berthing
contracts, payments and otherservices as they may reasonably request.
Ensuring the office and marina environment is clean andtidy at all times,
and taking whatever actionis required to maintain this.
Educating marinausers and ensuring they obey the Marina Rules.
Operation of the fuel dock and fuel paymenthandling.
Driving club cars for passenger,luggage and garbage duties.
Liaising withofficials as required (e.g. Security, Coastguard, CID,etc).
Issuing keys and security passes, andmonitoring security (including
making securitypatrols at night) and observing all marine traffic.
Improving and implementing new administrativeprocesses.
Responsibility for tracking berthcontracts, payments and documentation
Bookingand facilitating events and berthing contracts
Daily and accident reporting using diaries andadministrative forms.
Active involvement inall training programs and learning additional skills.
Assisting at special events, exhibitions, and promotions,on and off site.
Communication of hotel andmarina philosophy and internal / external hotel and marinarepresentation.
Has a complete knowledge ofthe marina facility, including the member and yachtnames.
Knowledgeable about all VIPs in-house,yacht arrivals and special

Assumes boat ownerrequests and complaints in a polite and efficient manner, givesfurther instructions to the relevant staff if needed to ensurecustomer satisfaction and maintains a record of allrequests.

Provides information to all guests regarding the servicesand events in the marina.
Keeps the SeniorManagement updated on the actual atmosphere of the marina and moodsof the guests to ensure the provided services meet theexpectations.
Participate in trainingprograms.
Any other duties, which may beassigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor orManager.
