Responsibilities :

  • Delegating responsibilities and supervising businessoperations
  • Hiring, training, motivating andcoaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service tocustomers, assessing employee performance and providing helpfulfeedback and training opportunities.
  • Resolvingconflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
  • Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properlyprovisioned and staffed.
  • Analyzing informationand processes and developing more effective or efficient processesand strategies.
  • Establishing and achievingbusiness and profit objectives.
  • Maintaining aclean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays areattractive.
  • Generating reports and presentinginformation to upper-level managers or other parties.
  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies andprocedures.
  • Other duties to ensure the overallhealth and success of the business.
