The reputed client is interested in hiring a Centre Manager(Center for Excellence in Business and Quality Management). He will report into the Director Consultancy & Distribution.
As a centre manager for the CEBQM the candidate will be responsible to plan, grow and manage your portfolio of clients and learners satisfying their needs and ensuring the centre profitability.
He will also be required to identify and prioritise market and client needs for professional life-long learning accredited / non-
accredited programs. Developing a detailed marketing and sales plan and ensure alignment with CE overall strategic plan will be expected.
The candidate will be required to conduct market and competitor analysis to ensure programs competitive advantage and differentiation.
He will also be expected to involve and ensure effective management of the delivery of courses and certificates and the implementation of advisory work and consultancy.
Besides, building and maintaining a dynamic rapport with clients and learners forms an essential part of the portfolio.
The candidate is expected to grow and maintaining and continuously updating extensive network of contacts and portfolio of learners and clients.
He will also be responsible for building a strong relationship and a dynamic rapport with key clients and handling their concerns to their satisfaction.
The candidate will be expected to be dynamic and proactive to realize the requirement of clients and craft strategies to satisfy the same inline with the organizations goals.
Education : Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree
