In our quest to be recognized as an industry leading MRO delivering a differentiating experience to its global customer base, we have an opportunity for Manager Technical Sales Components.
Managet Technical Sales Components will be responsible for this growth and getting us on the global map with a worldwide commercial reach, whilst managing the sales team to ensure sales targets are met in the most efficient and effective manner consistently monitoring and analyzing sales activity against targets Accountabilities Manage the sales pipeline for the component service business unit.
Develop new customer opportunities utilising market intelligence and promote other Etihad Engineering services where appropriate Lead the Account Executive team and ensure that repair orders are properly processed Work with the TS Business Development Manager and Component Workshop Manager to identify new capabilities Monitor the key customer accounts and optimise revenue accordingly Display financial acumen and demonstrate ability to maximise profit from repair opportunities and contracts Compile monthly and annual reports to track account performance and revenue Represent the company on customer visits, at trade exhibitions and events, promoting the services of Etihad Engineering Education & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience within a dedicated aviation engineering environment with a comprehensive understanding of MRO, component repair and supply chain.
Sales experience of negotiating and winning high value, multi-transaction contracts within an engineering / technical discipline Experience working with OEM and Airlines is preferred.
