Roles andResponsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify andassess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customeraccounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by usingthe right methods / tools
  • Meet personal / customerservice team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutionsand alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensureresolution
  • Keep records of customerinteractions, process customer accounts and filedocuments
  • Follow communication procedures,guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile toengage customers
  • JobRequirements

  • Provencustomer support experience or experience as a client servicerepresentative
  • Track record of over-achievingquota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills andactive listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systemsand practices
  • Customer orientation and abilityto adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentationskills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, andmanage time effectively
