Job Role : Receptionist cum Communication Officer

Job Key Details :

  • Promote positive employer-employee relationships through effective communication
  • Manage the front desk on a daily basis and conduct a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
  • Manage protocols for internal corporate announcements
  • Coordinate front-desk activities
  • Develop alliance through taking concepts or ideas from various stakeholders to create deeply resonating content
  • Update and manage all internal employee digital presences for example career portal, Intranet etc
  • Edit and dispatch the information for dissemination to the public and media
  • Distribute correspondence and redirect phone calls
  • Conduct any other related task as may be assigned
  • Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar role
  • Must be able to effectively present information to callers concerning general Inquiries
  • Competency in using computer applications
  • Must have a pleasant personality
