Prepare communications on behalf of the Managing Director.Act as the first point of contact.Organize and plan meetings for the Managing Director.

Take notes and write minutes during meetings.Prepare reports as and when required.Perform basic HR responsibilities.Proficiency in MS Office.

High typing speed with at least 40 WPM.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-

task.Should be smart and willing to learn.Familiar with basic IT functions.IT background with minimum 2 years of Dubai experience in the real estate industry.
