Responsible for white-glove Technical Support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Responsibilities include : full accountability for day to day technical experience of the CEO;
Establishment and maintenance of CEO support processes, policies and methodologies; Acts as technical and advisory escalation for non-CEO executive support standards and incidents;
direct maintenance of PCs & Peripherals, monitors, printers, mobile devices, AV equipment; In-person meeting support; 24x7 on-call;
design & planning of CEO technology solutions for events / appearances and collaboration with peer CEO support staff
Responsible for the design, implementation and operations of End User Computing technology for the CEO. Must drive innovation of the company’s technology strategy by being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the ever changing client technology landscape.
Third level support that will interface with relevant vendors to resolve issues related to VDI, Mobility, Desktops, Laptop, etc.
Requires excellent communication skills (written and verbal); testing and technical documentation skills.
Must be self-motivated, creative, and able to manage multiple assignments while working under minimum supervision.
Uses a relatively high degree of concentration to perform trouble shooting and resolve hardware, software and data integrity problems for computer users.
Proficient in but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project, Publisher, Visio, Internet Explorer and Acrobat.
Must be able to prioritize projects to meet the needs of the organization.
Experience working with desktop computer systems and Microsoft applications.
Experience breaking down and repairing laptops and desktops.
Outstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with end user tools in a consistent manner.
Ability to effectively communicate with the business users and interact professionally with all levels of business users.
Must possess ability to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality due to content exposure during executive level meetings, discussions, and business decisions made while present.
Proven ability to work well individually or with a team.
Knowledge ordinarily acquired through a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT plus 3+ years of computer systems experience.
