ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of our Tech Talent Acquisition Lead role is to help us find highly skilled Rockstar talents in Spain. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of recruiting activity within Spain.
Supporting Managers to find untapped talent, attract and ultimately recruit and retain Rockstars within the market.
You will :
Work closely with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Continuously partner with recruiting teams and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database
The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment.
They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items.
You will be a visionary team leader who is self-driven and able to work independently. Those with experience recruiting in the Technology industry would be at a distinct advantage.
Other qualifications include :
5+ years experience in recruitment
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling
Ability to influence and persuasively articulate a value proposition
A proven track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and execution
Experience developing a recruiting strategy
Strong analytical skills ability to provide meaningful reporting and narrative on market insights
