To manage all site / clusteracquisition services to ensure that Amgen hires the best talent through an efficient, cost-effective process and by creating a high-

quality candidate and manager experience.

Responsibilities :

Manage Talent Acquisition Services

  • Partner with local HR to analyze service needs and areas for improvement
  • Create and implement a service delivery plan that ensures high-quality TA services and process execution for the site / cluster
  • Produce specific TA Metrics for the site / sub-region for quarterly and annual TA business reviews
  • Sourcing and Selecting Best Talent

  • Manages the process of sourcing and selection of best talent for the site / cluster
  • Build Talent Bench Strength

  • Partners with local HRBP’s, Talent Management and clients to assess current pipeline of successors for identified key roles
  • Defines and agrees on the target gaps and implements a plan of action to build talent bench strength for key roles and / or capability areas
  • Build Manager Capability

  • Partners with local HRBP’s to define manager training needs in relation to recruitment and selection best practice
  • Creates and implements a plan of action that ensures building and sustaining manager capability on the site
  • Qualifications :

  • Educated to Degree level (Degree in HR, Business or similar)
  • Fluency in the native language used on the site
  • 3-5 years in a Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or HR Business Partner role
  • Demonstration of a strong track record of providing in house sourcing and selection of talent at all levels of an organization
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Extensive experience of using direct sourcing channels
  • Management of the end to end the candidate selection process
  • Highly organized through handling multiple days to day tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High-quality handling and solving customer queries and problems
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Specialist training and / or qualification in recruitment or talent management
  • Experience of leading TA service delivery within a broader HR department
  • Generalist HR role experienceeg HR Ops or HRBP
  • Project management
