The company UAE based leading premium flight support company operating and delivering aviation services network around the world The Role To supervise employees in the daily operations of the lounge to achieve customer satisfaction quality service compliance with company policies and procedures local regulations while dealing financial goals Major responsibilities Establishing staff work schedule Organizing and chairing meetings with staff carrying out staff appraisals managing performance and disciplining staff interview hire staff Ensure that premium customers are consistently provided with the highest quality of service through an inspired lounge team Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly Maintains lounge services by organizing office operations and procedures Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports summarizing information Ensure the highest standards of safety and security Supervising maintenance supplies renovations and furnishings Dealing with contractors and suppliers Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policy Responding to customer enquiries and complaints and deal with the legal and financial aspects of the business
