The company has built expertise in a wide range of recovered paper grades and metal scrap with more than 25 years in the business we have established 5 Major plants in the Middle East currently and expertise in a wide range of recovered paper grades Provide excellent customer service Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks Scheduling appointments Drafting letters and other documents File and update contact information of employees customers suppliers and external partners Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying faxing taking notes sometimes on behalf of other colleagues Create and maintain filing and other office systems and handle office correspondence and filing systems Organize and update databases effectively Logging or processing bills or expenses Preparing and distributing papers and documents for meetings Arrange schedule and organize staff meetings and other departmental meetings when required Integrate best practices and standards in administrative functions Perform all administrative duties Job Requirements 2-
