Customer Service Manager jobs Vacancy, We areurgently looking for an experienced and talented Customer ServiceManager for our firm, location Dubai.

  • Develop andproject manage an advanced multi-channel loyalty programme for allbrands
  • Develop and implement the business CRM& loyalty strategy to improve acquisition and retention ofcustomers
  • Drive growth and development of the LoyaltyCard discount scheme to deliver positive change to membershipvolumes, purchase behavior and attrition
  • Define,implement and manage all marketing communications with Card membersvia email and direct mail
  • Job skills :

  • 2 yearsexperience in developing commercial Loyalty programs in a leadingretail company
  • At least 2 years in a Management / Supervisory role
  • Technical and Managerial experiencein designing, developing programs and marketing integrated systemsand building clients' database
