Job Duties :

  • Services existingaccounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planningand organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potentialsales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Focuses salesefforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Submitsorders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Keepsmanagement informed by submitting activity and results reports,such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly andannual territory analyses.
  • Recommends changesin products, service, and policy by evaluating results andcompetitive developments.
  • Resolves customercomplaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintainsprofessional and technical knowledge by attending educationalworkshops; reviewing professional publications; establishingpersonal networks;
  • participating in professional societies.

  • Provideshistorical records by maintaining records on area and customersales.
  • Contributes toteam effort by accomplishing related results asneeded. Requirements :
