Assist in monitoring / tracking employeerelations issues including resolution and follow-up.
Assist and support management and the leadership team withhandling and resolving Human Resources issues.
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes forcompliance with all local, state, and federal laws and companypolicies and standards.
Inform Human Resourcesmanagement of issues related to employee relations.
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns fromemployees and management regarding company and Human Resourcesprograms, policies andguidelines.
