Job Details :

  • Offer technical support to the Customers and Service Technicians regarding mechanical, electrical, electronic and PLC components as well as program upgrades and modifications
  • Provide technical training to occasionally to customers, Regional Service Technicians in all mechanical, electrical, electronic and PLC problems enabling Service Technicians to become more technically proficient
  • Develop a line of communication between MENA to update Regional Service Technicians on upcoming changes and fresh developments
  • Coordinate customer communication with Service Team relating to the scheduling of service work and addressing any warranty, replacement and additional parts required needs
  • Receive and start up the processing of orders (LCS products) and communicate with the customer on finalized pricing, status, lead times, due dates, routings and delivery details
  • Requirements :

  • Experience in beverage line for new machines and LCS is a must
  • Experience in MEA is an advantage
  • Previous experience with SAP & MS Projects is an advantage
  • Very good command over English language
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Experience Range 02 to 03 Years
