We are looking for entrepreneurial spirits to join our monetization strategy team. You will have a ground floor opportunity to shape monetization efforts in North America.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to assess performance and plan for the future. The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will : - Act as the key strategy partner to our monetization team, develop the operating and financial plan required to achieve TikTok growth vision across Americas regions- Work closely with the teams across the organization to ensure cross-unit collaboration and to support the budget management and resource planning process- Measure and track business financial performance, ensure financial healthiness of business operations - Develop and optimize budget and resource allocation processes and policies as the team scales- Work with large quantities of data and master ability to analyze and audit results- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis.
Qualifications- 2+ years of FP&A, sales finance, accounting or related analytical experiences. High growth tech start-up experience and advertising experience preferred- Exceptional data analytics skills.
Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as tableau preferred- Skilled project manager. High EQ team-player with the ability to manage expectations across time-zones and cultures- Self-motivation, comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment, adaptability to change, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and other helpful qualities for a high-growth environment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
