Regional VP Marketing Effectiveness 42838Client Services and Sales Utd Arab Emir Dubai DubaiThe Marketing Effectiveness MEFF team plays a pivotal role in helping clients ensure every they spend works for them and returns We do this by providing a mix of dataled models software solutions and consultancy to ensure client gets the results they need We answer their key business questions to improve marketing performance questions like What ROI does my marketing generate How can I improve return on my marketing How should I optimise my marketing investment At Nielsen we leverage the power of multiple modeling methodologies without compromising the accuracy or actionability of the insights produced so clients have access to the right insights at exactly the right time to support any marketing decision From strategic investments across all channels to daily tactical optimizations while campaigns are still inflight our holistic Marketing Effectiveness solutions deliver the unmatched speed data access and comprehensive measurement your team needs to keep pace with consumers minimize waste and drive revenue and business growth RESPONSIBILITIES Building a territory plan to meet sales targets Exceeding quarterly annual sales targets by cultivating existing client relationships and targeting prospective strategic accounts across all verticals Complex salescycle management manage the entire sales process engaging the appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers Client Services Executives and Partners Ensuring delivery against key performance metrics with a strong emphasis on new business sales while expanding existing accounts Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline in Salesforce com to ensure overachievement Engaging and developing relationships with Clevel executives positioning Nielsen solutions through strategic value based selling business case definition ROI analysis references and analyst data Generating shortterm results whilst maintaining a longterm perspective to maximize overall revenue generation Accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUAs a Regional VP you will be a key player to drive success across the Middle East Turkey and South Africa and as a senior sales professional with a very strong understanding of marketing ROI significant enterprise solution sales experience and a deep understanding of the digital advertising technology ecosystem You will be responsible for generating new business relationships and developing existing business within a designated territory It requires an ability to understand and articulate the value of Nielsen s marketing effectiveness solutions to customers and partners up to the Clevel You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota and experience with value or solution based selling The focus of this role is on selling Nielsen Marketing effectiveness solutions to new clients and increasing penetration of our solutions with existing clients This will be across all verticals and all Nielsen Marketing Effectiveness products including Marketing Mix Modeling Multi Touch Attribution and Lift You will be working as part of an EMEA wide Sales team but will have sole responsibility for new business revenue generation across the Middle East Turkey and South Africa This is an individual contributor role which will require the successful candidate to be based in Dubai but undertake significant travel across your region estimate 30 away from Dubai Our target market at clients can include Marketing Directors Media Managers Brand Managers as well as Insight teams Our client base ranges from the large publishing houses Google Facebook Amazon to the best known FMCG manufacturers and all other verticals QUALIFICATIONS Approx 10 years of relevant sales experience in digital advertising and or enterprise SaaS technology and marketing ROI solutions An indepth understanding of the marketing effectiveness measurement space Fluent English is a must Strong successful sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota greater than 1 5MM History of closing 6figure to 7figure deals Excellent oral and written communication skills including strong presentation skillsStrong understanding of solution consultative selling Selfstarter who can develop sales leads as well as build strong rapports with partners A passion for sales and a passion for delighting clients
