Role Execution : · The GroupExercise Instructor ensures effective operation of the GroupExercise classes including provision of advice to members withregards to maintaining correct technique during exercises andcorrect use of equipment and overall class control and creating apositive experience for all class participants.
TheGroup Exercise Instructor ensures effective operation of the GroupExercise studios with the main priority being tidiness, cleanlinessand all studio equipment operational and well maintained.
The Group Exercise Instructor supports the GXM / CGM inmeeting the club’s KPI’s on membership sales,member retention, secondary revenue and overall member experience.
Performance Administrative Functions : · Demonstrate ahigh standard of instruction and technique in the execution of allexercises and motivate members to adhere to their fitness regimes.
To initiate member orientation and associated groupexercise programs in order to motivate members to strive to achieveidentified health and fitness goals.
To assist membersof the safe use of training equipment. · Educate andenforce Fitness First etiquette and regulations as designated inclub rules and regulations including ensuring members cleanequipment after use and return it to their allocated storage areaand ensuring all equipment is in good order to maintain optimalmember service and experience.
Organize 2 monthlyGroup Exercise events to support overall GX performance and theclub’s commercial KPI’s (membership sales andretention).
Support all club promotions and activelypromote Fitness First services thus ensuring members maximize theirgym membership.
Guarantee the maintenance of equipmentand tidiness of all class environments for the optimalfunctionality of the club, in the most cost-effective manner.
GXI must update Fitness Enterprise System on dailybasis. · GXI must send weekly CP (Critical Path) showingdaily rota both in and outside of home-club.
Demonstrate personal commitment to Fitness First values andbehavior, the company strategy and brand promise (Winning Ways).
Attend weekly 121 with GXM / CGM. · AttendQuarterly Product Launch. · Attend bi-monthly GXmeeting. Skills Minimum Performance Criteria : ·Communication to be of the highest standard with personal clientsand club members.
Deliver their minimum number ofquota classes as agreed in the remuneration package. ·Individual class capacity of minimum 70% on average Training andDevelopment : · Complete MYZONE Training.
Complete RISE Induction Training. · In depth knowledgeof MYZONE including using the belt at least 8 times monthly.· Have a genuine interest in all the latest developmentsin the fitness industry.
Have an updated UAE Repscard. · Attend weekly or Bi weekly 121’s withthe GX Manager in order to improve product knowledge and delivery.
Meet all expectations as set out by external trainingproviders (Les Mills, MOSSA, ZIN) to continue validity of existingqualifications
