Job Outline 1. Design and implement measurement tools across the scope of the Learning and Talent employee learning experience.
2. Implement a high impact evaluation methodology for all learning solutions. 3. Collaborate with Digital Experience to ensure ease of access to measurement tools through mobile digital solutions.
4. Oversee measurement tool completion rates in line with departmental KPIs. 5. Partner with Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Optimisation to design and implement dynamic tools to measure 6.
Design and implement bespoke measurement and impact solutions for regulatory compliance training solutions in line with external audit expectations.
7. Deliver development opportunities for partner learning providers in measurement and impact tool design and implementation.
8. Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business.
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : Minimum Bachelor level qualification, preferably in a related field 5+ years progressive experience in a people development role Experience in governing compliance training solutions and training audit coordination Knowledge / skills : -
